| The Peter & Ada Eboji Ministries |
The PETER & ADA EBOJI MINISTRIES is a non church based ministry devoted to the building of families to the glory of God. Since 1995, the duo, Pastors Peter and Ada Eboji through their TV programme and teachings has put smiles on the faces of many families. The TV programme the Glorious Gospel Hour began in Kaduna eleven years ago but today it has moved to other states of the country. The programme has touched lives in the following states, Kaduna, Abia, Niger, Kogi, Delta, Anambra and parts of Edo and Kwara. The programme shows presently in five TV stations across the nation and has broken religious barriers as both Christians and non-Christians find the teachings inspiring and a guide for healthy family life. Multitudes sit glued to their TVs in the various stations every week to hear the simply message that marriage can be heaven on earth from the anointed servants of God Pastors Peter and Ada Eboji. The ministry organises couples breakfast and dinner programmes, seminars, workshops and other teaching session to impart couples with the principles for making their marriages work and sound doctrinal teachings. The ministry runs counselling sessions for troubled homes and young couples who desire to succeed in their marriages. The ministry also publishes portions of the Bible in Hausa for free distribution, books and other gospel literatures. The ministry just released a new book “The School of Marriage” by Pastor Peter Eboji. This book also has cut across religious barriers as non Christians are known to demand for the book. In fact it will interest you to note that the book within three weeks of its release sold about two thousand copies. All these point to the fact that God has raised this ministry for a time like this because the family is in the centre of God’s heart beat. No matter the religion, tribe or colour we all need a good family to make progress in life. Testimonies of transformed marriages through the TV programmes also cut across religion and have no age barrier. Children write to testify how their parents have stopped fighting and quarrelling listening to the TV programme. Couples testify of the impact of the programme on their marriages. We will read some extracts of the testimonies for you to have a feel of the impact of the ministry on families. The ministry also has a music arm and this arm organises concerts and conducts training sessions for churches. Recently the Lord empowered the ministry with a new mandate to break the vicious circle of family crisis. You shall be hearing more about this new mandate from the servants of God. One more time we want to remind you that this ministry is not a church and does not have any intention of being a church. The servants of God have operated this calling in past eleven years according to the format shown them of God and He did not show them a church. Pastors Peter and Ada Eboji have been running the ministry on a full time basis since 1998 when Pastor Eboji was given the option to stop the TV programme or quit his job as a lecturer in Nigerian Defence Academy by the commandant. He chose to stand for the gospel by putting his letter of resignation and today eight years after the ministry has grown from one TV station in Kaduna alone to many stations across the country and will keep growing. Brethren you have here a ministry created to fill the vacuums in the nation and church today and you have here a couple who heard God and have stuck to his words and are testimonies that following God and doing what you are told pays. I welcome you today to a ministry that is out to change the world using the family as the springboard. God bless you as you enjoy yourself. |
